Has anyone ever tried putting a GS ECU to their RS??? I know there shouldnt be so much of a difference, but i just want to make sure that it will be compatible without any problems whatsoever???

As far as I know they are exactly the same. Same exact engine.

...make an attempt at making sure the PCM's are the same year eg. 97GS PCM into a 97RS.

is that going to make a big difference if its coming from a different year??? the ECU will be going in a 99rs coming from a 98gs... yay or nay?!
