Since i wont have any time to create a howto for the next few days, i'd figure i'd post this since peeps are already asking for the how to =)

Best setting for the E-manage on our cars (Tested on 95 and 97 manual transmission ECUs) were 3-C-1 and 3-8-A.


Here is the wiring for the injector harness on a 97 ECU:


E-Manage Wire ECU Wire Injector Number
---------------------------------------------------------------------
P/R LG/R 4
Y/R Y/G 3
O/R Y/R 2
BL/R LG/B 1
Black ground Ecu Ground Ground


Color symbols:

P/R = Purple/red stripe
Y/R = Yellow/red stripe
O/R = Orange/red stripe
BL/R = Blue/red stripe
LG/R = Light Green/red stripe
Y/G = Yellow/green stripe
Y/R = Yellow/red stripe
LG/B = Light Green/black stripe


Not sure on the color of the injector harness ground wire but it will be on the documentation. The ECU ground wire should already be known to you. It is the black with brown stripe i believe - NOT the black with white stripe (that's the 12+v lead!)


Wiring for main harness:

It is the same as the Super AFC. Sorry dont have it handy to post
