So I have the mopar kit. I have searched in the past on this topic and found a lot of info but one question remains. Most people who post do not have a 1995 and say the CEL may be different and may not show or even may be stopped differently. I guess I need to be set straight befor I install the kit. Will my 95 since its OBD1 get a cel and how do I remove the CEL? The searches show the process for 96+ but everyone says its different for 95. Could someone elaborate. Thanks.
Jason.

On mine, I left the egr valve and solenoid on, removed the pipe going to the intake mani, and fabricated two steel plates to cap off each end. I get a CEL every now and then for it, but I just keep clearing it with the datalogger.

Yes you will get a CEL. There are I think 2 codes that deal with the EGR system. By leaving the electrical connection hooked up and the VAC hooked up, you will only get the flow code. That's the one that only comes once in a while.
