Here is my idle every day from the time I get in the car to the time I get out...

I turn on the car and it jumps to about 1900 then falls to 1300 or 1200. It stays at 1300 or 1200 til the car starts warming up. Then it will drop to about 900. After driving for a while and I stop at a light or stop sign, whatever, it will go from 800 to 900 and then maybe rev a little sometimes in sync with the Air/Fuel gauge (you know how they go back and forth). So when the gauge hits red it will go to 800 and then when the gauge hits rich it'll go to 900 or 1000. I always just figured at idle your car should stay at one consistant RPM but instead mine fluxuates between 100 rpms. Is this normal or do I have an IAC problem or something?

Seems normal to me..

At times, mine will dip even lower, to the 500-600 range, while at idle. Haven't noticed any problems with it, other than it being slightly rough, when it gets to that. I'm also pretty much stock besides for bolt-ons.

No clue why it does it..
