Somone please give me some help. Ive got underdrive pulley, header, catback exhaust, AEM cam gears and a new engine with 1000 miles on it. I think ive got the timing off because its not performing like it should for what i have. It seems like it only runs quick with the timing retarded. Can somone tell me what they usually run their cam gears at? Thanx alot.

4+ intake/0 exhaust is what VX100 runs. For best results, you should find time on a dyno.

And why do you say your car isn't performing like it should? If not being able to beat an integra is your reason.. well I'd have no doubt that integras can keep up with your mods, especially if it's lightly modded as well. Well, at least GSR's and Type R's.

Sometimes the markings on the AEM cam gears are wrong. You should have the shop degree your cams.
