#43915, "Update on clutch install"

as you all know my stock clutch blew at 14psi and 61k miles. ARD hooked me up with CM stage 4 (thanks Dino and ARD). When I got the tranny off, all I saw hanging off my stock clutch was metal fragments and some kind of hair/fur, I really fucked this clutch up! Well I got everything back on. What a biatch. Gentlemen if any of you are going to do this on your own...don't. Have at least 2 more buddies for the extra man power, you will need it. The actual installation of the clutch was no more than 10 minutes. The new throw out bearing messed up on me though. If you look at the throw out bearing you will notice one of the clip is metal and the other is plastic. Guess what? Yep the plastic clip broke on me. So I ghetto rigged a new aluminum clip made from those little naughty nipple clips I had laying around. Held the throw out bearing in place pretty well. A tip for you guys. When putting the axles back in, to make sure that they sit correctly, you'd have to rotate one axle and the other one would rotate in the opposite direction, BUT make sure it's in gear when you do that. I had it in neutral and started wigging out when the other side didn't rotate. Took me 15 minutes to realize what I didn't do. Got eveything on, got all happy, went to start the car...nothing. All the lights came on, but nothing. Inline fuel pump on, but nothing. Won't turnover at all. I'm thinking it maybe the starter. Anyone else have any inputs?

Do you have all the starter grounds back on? Did you take the 30A engine fuse out?
