i have my stock down pipe and an egt gauge. where on the manifold should i tap? i have the clamp type probe, not the weld on one.

are you turbo? anyways you should tap a hole in your exhuast mainfold (furthest runner from the left, #4 injector)and screw it in.
if you can see my egt (on the drivers side of the turbo manifold by the air filter), i just taped my egt and screwed it in
