I was wondering..which exhaust system is better? i'm a 2G GST..is the Greddy a catback exhaust system? I think the Apexi N1 is catback..i'd prefer a catback..i've got 2 good deals..one on an Apexi N1 and one on a Greddy Evo..just curious which one would be better for a turbo car..i'd prefer catback.

they both come in the cat-back form and i know that greddy only sells cat-back's. This is a quesion that we have wondered about for a long time. Both sound good and both work about the same from what ive heard. Its just up to you...

we put my n1 next to my friends evo, and the pipes on the evo were many pipes welded together whereas the n1 was just 3 single section pipes bent perfectlt to eliminate the need for more welding. the coating on the evo isnt that great either. i put a swaybar on my friends car and the wrench barely rubbed against it, and the coating came off, and from the scraping, its already begun to rust. ive had the n1 for over a year and ive had no problems with it, it actually looks like it did the day i bought it. some people say "dont get the n1 because its too low, youll scrape it all the time!" if you dont drive like an idiot, youll be fine. N1 all the way

i thought the evo was solid SS? if so it wouldn't rust if scratched. can anyone confirm this? i've been looking to get an evo for a while.

if your looking into getting a 3" greddy....DON'T they cut corners with the piping size...read an article a while back where they cut a cross-section out of the greddy and found that there was piping inside the 3" piping only making it a 2.5" exhaust... any exhaust apexi makes it much much better in quality..i have a dunk catback and its great...very well made..and their 3" systems are just that 3" all the way...no cut corners..

When I was looking to buy exhaust for my car I heard and later read somewhere that Apex'i is the #1 used exhaust by race car enthusiasts (internationally). I believe it. I like the looks of the EVO better, just the tip, but Apex all the way!

yeah i heard the Apexi N1 was great..like perfect..i heard Apexi N1 and Thermal were the best like catback exhausts for a turbo car..but i've never heard much about the Greddy evo..cause i found a like really good mint condition Apexi N1 for $350 and i think i'm gonna get it.

How the hell would that be cutting corners? Double piping would be double the work and cost. And why the hell would you do that anyway?
