Hey hows it going everybody...well, recently my exhaust has been throwing out some loud popping sounds out to the muffler...it doesnt happen all the time but occasionally when I hit the gas. It never happened before. But for sure, when I hit reverse, it just keeps on popping...but the my main point is why is my exhaust making popping noises? (kidna like a miniature explosion)...

Performance: Stuff that makes my car run better or go faster

Looks: Stock because looks doesnt make my car go faster or run better

Weight Reduction: CF Hood, No A/C or Powersteering Accessories, No rear interior




Most likely its just a large amt of back pressure escaping all at one time....mine does it to...I like it....

sounds like it might be backfiring. check your plugs and wires, your probably runing real rich.

Sounds to me like you are running too rich at moments. this could be caused by faulty ignition components( spark plugs,coil pack) or you may just have an O2 sensor thats going bad. hard to tell for sure without a CEL.
