I am getting my throttle body boared out by ARD and was wondering if 57mm is to big for a non-turbo?

A lot of guys go with a 60MM throttle body but it's a modified Jeep tb...so no, 57 isn't too big.

55mm is suppose to be the perfect cfm for non-turbo applications.. which is why AF/X bores to 55mm.. Anything bigger will affect low end a little. The gains in top end will make up for it, but it shouldn't be enough to hurt performance overall.

I just sent out my tb and mani to ARD too. emoji

I have an ARD 57MM....didn't feel a loss at low end. Not sure if the extra 2 MM made a difference but it was a good mod. She's more responsive and the top end kicks ass.

and the ARD guys are cool.
