Hi the non modular setup is a chaeap and easy task to perform. All you need is

1;Flywheel for 94 and early 95 neon
2;Order desired clutch and preasure plate for 94 and early 95 neon
and your good to go.

Or, you can do it even cheaper by drilling out the rivots in the stock clutch, tap the flywheel and replace the rivots with bolts. For your own peace of mind though, it would be easier to go with the neon flywheel since you can find them for $50 or less. There isn't a write-up that I know of, but there really isnt much to it. All you do is make sure the centering ring is installed in the flywheel, align the pressure plate to the flywheel and bolt it on (with the disk in the middle of course emoji ). The only thing that's a pain in the butt about it is pulling the tranny out to get at it, but that's not complicated, just time consuming.
