I asked a few days ago and didn't get any real help. So, I had to go find them for myself. emoji

'95 flywheel -- 8 bolts @ 70 ft lbs. tighten in a crisscross pattern

Pressure plate -- 6 bolts @ 21 ft lbs. tighten in a crisscross.

So now we know
