Hey, I want to replace the pacesetter muffler with a deeper sounding one. I got a 27 inch glass pack before the muffler right now and was wondering, if any of you heard what the ractive mufflers sound like. They kind of look like a OBX muffler and looks like it has a resonator built in. I can get these at cost where I work but just don't want my car to sound like a fart. Any suggestions?

I hear those tend to be raspy. I wouldn't recommend it. Get you a magnaflow or apexi n-1 $100-$150

yea...they sound alright. They are a little raspy. If you want something deep toned, go with magnaflow. The N-1 is a great muffler too. I have an arospeed dtm, and im pleased with it.

Hmm I have ractive resonated tips (Part# T564) on my pacesetter muffler. It's loud. Not raspy, but it definitely drones.
