I guess I didn't install the torque converter correctly because when the drive plate and tranny bolts are tight, the crank will NOT turn! If I loosen the tranny bolts, the crank will turn.

Here's how I installed the torque converter:
1. COMPLETELY fill the converter with ATF fluid.
2. Pushed torque converter into tranny housing.
3. Push & turn 3 full rotations.
4. Fill tranny with fuild.

I only felt the torque converter "click back" one time. Does anyone have any advise for me? It's going to suck having to pull the tranny because I didn't install it right the first time!

You did'nt get the converter in all the way. I've spent up 15 minutes trying to get some to completely go into place. You need to keep spinning it and pushing until it pops in completely and solid, you'll know because it wont move around up and down at all. It can be a pain, just be paitent. If you can pull the motor or tranny back a little to get enough room you'll be set. Good luck
