I have looked everywhere I can think of and I can't seem to find them.
I had to get the work done today so I used what I could find.
I torqued the flywheel bolts (the 8 of them) to 55ft lbs and I torqued the pressure plate to the flywheel @ 14ft lbs (all 6 bolts) and put lock tight on all of them of course.
Does anyone have the torque numbers???
Everything feels good other than kind of a vibration? It isn't a very noticeable vibration if you could call it a vibration at all. It only makes itself present at higher rpms and higher speed. Pedal pressure feels nice and light. The clutch engages like normal and is WAY friendlier than the stage 4. (Went down to stage 3)
The only thing I can think of that would cause the vibration would be an uneven flywheel. I had it turned and the disk and pressure plate are new. I only notice the vibration at the higher RPM's while driving and in gear. It isn’t present at idle or while coasting out of gear.

I don't mean to hijack your thread but I am in the market for an aftermarket clutch myself. I will most likely go with Clutch Masters but unsure if I will be going stage 3 or 4. I have an HRC stage II and run 8 psi daily.
What kind of clutch do you have? I've read that you've downgraded from a stage 4 back to a stage 3. I know that holding power is different between the two stages and that usually the material of the clutch disc is different but why the downgrade? Does a stage four engage way to quick for daily driving? How's pedal pressure? I've read that after market clutches usually increase pedal pressure slightly but nothing big deal. Can you give me a little information on the differences you noticed while driving with the two stages installed?

Yeah I'm curious about the change also. Is that stage 3 going to hold all that power? I'm getting ready to buy mine for the new 2.2L block, I was thinking stage 4, but now I want to hear from you first...
I edited to the wiki!
