Every few days and sometimes every few trips, When i go to start my car it just won't start...it just cranks...I can hear the fuel pump comming on and recently cnaged the filter...the plugs and wires were also recently changed...any ideas on what this could be?

Have you checked to see if you're getting spark when this happens? Your coil pack may be going bad or mabye the cam or crank sensor. You should start by checking the connections on those three. Make sure the're clean inside where they plug in. And make sure everything's tight to where it mounts.
