What is the amperage of our alternator for the 97 manual GS eclipse?

not exactly sure but if your wondering about how big a sound system you can support we have a couple people here running 2000w+ systems with no problems. all eclipses wheather rs gs auto or manual will run the same. some people have systems, entire computers, and all manner of other things so unless your installing this ungodly powerful beast, you should be fine

The reason I ask is cuz' I'm installing an extra battery. I'm trying to connect an electric heater, monitor, dvd player and a video game in the extra battery. I want to do this cuz' I always ride a ferry and it takes an hour to get to my destination without my engine running and just the extra battery being drain.
