#41869, "MSD coil pack help needed"

Well I finally got mine in the mail today. The first two things I noticed was that they didn’t have numbers on it for what cylinder each post is for and it is backwards. By backwards I mean if you bolt it to the valve cover w/ the MSD logo facing toward the front of the car the harness plug is pointed to the passenger side. If I bolt it the correct way the MSD logo is facing backwards (facing firewall)

So is it ok like that or is it going to fire my cylinders in the wrong order. And what about the numbers do they matter?

TIA
Brian

try it both ways. it wont hurt your engine at all. if it works one way, its correct. if the engine wont start, its wrong.

it dosent matter. the MSD will face the back. just hook your plug wires to the same post as you old ons and you will be fine,

USED TO HAVE...Everything you wish you had, and then some...

You are somebody special Tim, you matter! - from the admins (but nobody likes you, because your username is just like that other guy's, and you whine a lot)
