does anybody know how to p&P exhaust manifold, and if i could do it myself. Is it worth it.

your exhaust manifold is cast, so it would take alot of time and a ton of $ worth of abrasives. By the time you remove your OEM manifold and start to work on it, you will realize it is well worth it to replace it with a quality aftermarket header!

Yeah, the only exhaust manifold I would P&P would be on a turbo. If it's a stock exhaust manifold just replace it with a header, better flow than you will get by porting the exhaust manifold, and the addition of equal legnth runners.
