I have a few questions:

.01 Can you use a SAFC on a n/a car?
.02 If I buy one, how do I use it?
.03 Is it worth the money? (BTW, I do plan on going turbo)

yes
see the things we've seen before section
yes

its pretty simple to use but you'll need an A/F gauge and possibley an EGT

I am non turbo and I have one, its helped a bit I got it for 250 and I think it was worth it, and it'll be even better after/if I ever go turbo.

you'll be able to improve your gas milage with the afc being n/a that will save u money while u wait to go turbo...

You can have it cheap, fast or good. Pick any two.

If you want it cheap and fast, it's not going to be good.
If you want it cheap and good, it's not going to be fast.
If you want it good and fast, it's not going to be cheap.
