I was told that the venom 400 chip is crap when you don't have N20 but when you do it enhanced the performance from the n20. Is this true or is the Venom 400 crap all around?

no idea w/ n2o, but without it, and being AT; my car fucked up. It didn't really do anything to justify the amount of money I paid. That was actually a while back, but I wouldn't do it again if I got the thing free.
