What kind of "real" performance gains can be seen with adding a cat-back exhaust? Been thinking about getting if they are worth it...

it will give you a nice increase in the mid and high rpms. your low end will suffer a little but the (+) in the mid and high will out way the (-) in the low end. it will make your car sound meaner too.

How much of an increase are we talking about tho...hp wise. Also i forgot to put what are some of you guys running and how do you like it. I want something that sounds good, and wont drone on the highway.

Man, you gotta read around, there are tons and tons of exhaust question posts around all over the place. Look into the GReddy EVO, HKS Hiper (?) or Apex'i N1..those are all excellent mandrel-bent exhausts. You'll get more gain if you drive a fucking pipe through your cat (hollow it out). Especially if you're sittin at 100k or above.
