Should I get a header or get my intake manifold ported and polished with a 60mm TB? What would get me more performance?

Thanks

go with the ported and polished manifold with 60mm throttle body. it will give you quite a noticeable increase in power. the header does more for the exhaust note than for power.

TB and port-matching your intake manifold will give you a bigger power gain; it will give you more of a linear power increase whereas the header will only give you more power at a certain pwoer range (depending on a 4-1 or 4-2-1 design). Both will undoubtfully help your DSM.

With the P&P manifold and 60mm TB and the best header ( What is the best header) and my current mods, what should I run in the 1/4 mile?

Also, any Ideas on HP numbers too?

Thanks, Jason
