Okay, here's the deal. How much would a muffler help me? Would it be worth just buying the whole exhaust? I would be getting a turbo exhaust. Right now I just have a stock 96 rs exhaust. Also how much do new inner-coolers help/cost? Are they worth purchasing for one of the first up-grades? Any feedback will help.

I'm assuming you are turboed if you are asking about intercoolers, so the first thing you should do is get a cat-back (turbo-back would be best). 3" stainless steel. If you are stage 1 right now, an intercooler would be great for your next upgrade after the exhaust.
