#39226, "some jack a$$ screwed my car up again"

I was at school and i went out to my car to see my exhaust hanging on the ground and foot marks scratched up and down my back bumper. Some dick head kicked my muffler and pipes till they broke all the hangers, bent the pipes, and broke the rubber grommet. What should i do because now when i drive it flutters and has substantially less power. What i should do is get even, but i don't know who it is. What exhaust replacement would be affordable and less prone to getting broken? i'm looking at pacesetter right now just because it's cheap, any other suggestions under 300$?

Under $300, GS-T catback, 5-zigen axel back or any other name brand axel back, or obx cat back.

Is it stock exhaust? If you need the hangers, let me know think I still have some of mine at my parents' house in OP. I also have some pipe and a welder. So if you want to pay me, I'll fix it. If you want something decent, then just mail order a muffler or get a GS-T rear section. Either way you will see the same gains (minimal). E-mail me and I'll see if I can help you out.

Shit is all apart. Typical...

There is no exhaust that is 'less prone' to breaking...if someone goes at any muffler with a flurry of kicks they will be able to break something...

That kids car seized on his way to school and had to ride the bus emoji i feel better but my exhaust is still hurting. If i drive it rattles and buzzes etc. I'll probably buy a pacesetter cat back system for christmas, Does anyone have anything good to say about pacesetter?

Well, right now is one of those think for the future times. If you plan turbo real soon, then save and get 3" cat-back. If you plan N/A with just bolt-ons, just go and get a muffler with a 2.5" in and have it welded on. I would recommend Hayame(sp) and you can get it local at Tokyo Image, but it will be a little high. Got one on my dad's 1.8t jetta and it sounds nice. I'll weld it on if I got time and you got some moutain dew.

not to be an ass. but I think you^^ are full of it.
Yes pacesetter is a cheap exhaust, but for the money you will not find a better alternative for a 2.5" mandrel bent exhaust that will be more than adequate for 300hp. If you don't like the cheesy exhaust tip then just get a different one. I think you should do a bit more research before you go an tell someone to spend twice as much just for a brand name product that has no obvious advantange over this product.
