I was woundering what kinda gains i can find from this. I am oging to be turbo so it would be turbo cams and probaly from howell.

well, if u want to do a topend rebuild and make more power here is a good way to do it,

parts to replce while in there

rockers pt style or black dog upgraded pt style,
pt lifters

valve springs crowers are good crane are nice too,(only need these if u want to rev higher then normal or stay ata high rpm alot..)

Performance:
over sized valves 230$ for stainless steel vlaves,

port and polish 500$ give or take depending on who and where itgets done,

upgrade cams, they aren't worth too much of a difference ona small(little boost motor) its better to spend money on a nice fmic or so,


those would give u all together probably a 35-45 hp difference if done right and tunes right...

if u really want more power put in some new springs, and up the boost or save for internals, or open up intake, intake is pretty restrictive... (60mm tb port/gasket match manifold, remove injector bumps..)

You can have it cheap, fast or good. Pick any two.
