I have a OBX Type H Catback system with a OBX high flow cat converter...I've had them on for a while but and it has vibrated alot since I've had it but only now it has really made me mad. I don't know it could be vibrating because I don't think I put the right bolt size on the cat converter and it could be loose...anyone with a OBX cat what size bolts go on that and on the exhaust system...is it possible it could be vibrating against something underneath...but I really to need to know the bolt size that go on the cat and on the exhaust just to make sure I got it right...and if it could be vibrating on something

check your stock exhaust hangers, one of them may be loose/not working properly causing the noise.. also check to see if the exhaust piping hits the rear crossmember, or if the heat shields have been bent...

i doubt it has to do w/the cat converter...as long as the cat is connected and sealed w/gaskets, it should be fine, and im not sure how that could create noise...

mine does that to. if you can get you car on a lift, loosen all the bolts on the exhaust piping. you have to line up the pipes on all the connection flanges, have some one hold it and tighten it down. if its not lined up right it'll make the part that goes over the crossmember hit up against the spare tire well. also make sure the heat shields are on tight.
