Not the oil pump to block assembly itself, but the joint between the oil pump and the bedplate (where the oil pan goes). The FSM states Loctite 18716, but as far as I can tell it doesn't even exist.

What did you guys use?

Ok... after talking to Mopar and Loctite all day, it turns out that Loctite 81716 doesn't even exist! emoji Loctite 5699 (RTV Ultra Gray) is the correct sealant to use. I used Mopar ATF-RTV, the same as between the oil pan gasket and bedplate. I'm sure the anaerobic shit works just as well. Thanks for the quick reply Dino! emoji

I just finished like a month of research and shopping on this stupid sealant stuff. You're right, several of the part numbers in the manual either don't exist or aren't distributed to resellers. Here's what to use:

Bedplate to block-
specified: Loctite 19614 Torque Sealant (Green)
use: Dodge #4773257 "Sealant-Torque Anaerobic" Green in color $30
replacement: Loctite 518 (below) $20
replacement: GM Anaerobic Gasket maker #1052942 $10

Oilpump to block-
specified: Loctite 51817 Gasket Eliminator Flange Sealant (Red)
use: Loctite 518, Toyota #79340-51813 $20
replacement: Loctite 51817, 51813, 51831
replacement: Any anaerobic gasket maker

Oilpump to block PARTING LINE- (ie. where the oilpan gasket intersects oilpump and block)
specified: Loctite 18716 and 18718 (in diff. parts of the manual)
use: Loctite 5699 Ultra Grey RTV Silicone
replacement: Permatex Ultra Grey RTV Silicone $8

Sensors and some bolts-
specified: Loctite 24200
use: Loctite Threadlocker 242 Blue $5
replacement: Permatex Blue Threadlocker $4
