I bought one of those Pacesetter Big bore exhaust systems and got it all connected and yea....its fluttering like an old beat pinto at low speeds, kind of embarassing. Sounds good once it hits 3000 rpm though. Is it suppose to flutter? Did I waste my money to hear a high performance flutter sound..or am I just too dumb to see a basic problem?

that's what most people do w/the pacesetter system... its so cheap, u can add/cut things off and still save money compared to the greddy or other expensive exhaust systems...
u may want to check for any leaks in the piping. i know that the pacesetter "slips" together.. i had leaks, but when i had the resonator welded into it, and the new muff welded on, i had the shop weld all of the slip spots that were leakin...
good luck.. best bet is to get her on a lift w/the engine runnin, and use a feather, or a small peice of paper to see if the pipes are leakin at all... then go from there...
