95 Talon and when Im driving the rpms start fluttering between 2000 and 3000 rpm..The car would almost shut off and run normal and also Im having trouble starting the car I have to pump the gas to start the car....Btw I changed the fuel pump!!

try this... air/fuel/spark... those are the things that make the engine run.......

i would check fuel filter, spark plugs(gap too), plug wires, crank sensor, cam sensor.filter for restrictionss....

that's what i can think of now... but its a good start...

Ok, im having the same exact problem. I have a 95 also. Its more than likely your fuel filter. Ive changed my fuel pump, coil pack, plugs, wires, head gasket, head job, all the seals on the motor, 02 sensor and a few other minor things. My fuel filter hasnt been touched so it HAS to be the problem. Its a cheap fix, so i would check it out first and not be retarded like me.

Mines got the same problem except its in an auto - at certain times my idle goes down to 200!! Hahhaha.....Getting the headgasket fixed as we speak - hopefully this fixes the problem.

Well I ran a diagostics and got cell for coil pack, fuel pump, and speed sensor which I already knew it was bad...I check the firing in coil and it wasnt firing in 2 plugs...Im going to replce to see what happens...thanks for help fellas!!
