#38091, "looks like no exhaust for christmas...."

...yeah, i'm 18, i only have a job during the summer, and i can't tap into my "oh shit" fund because that's only there incase my engine takes a dive. a ton of stuff around the house just broke (roof around fireplace needs leaks fixed, leach feild for septic tank is fubar, and furnace needs replacement) so christmas is going to suck. i'm looking for something significantally cheaper than a $600 N1 or HK$ Hiper, so i'm asking for a set of 415cc hahn injectors to start to get my fuel system up to par. does anyone have ideas for cool stuff to get in a sub $300 range?

Simple, get the mandrel bends from the internet and have a mufler shop make a 3" full catback with a muffler from RRE. Should be around $300 or so. And it won't be much different than an Apex or Greddy.

MODS:

HRC 16g turbo kit, Spearco custom FMIC, Custom IC piping, VT rebuilt engine: Custom 8.8:1 compression CP pistons, Eagle connecting rods, Melling oil pump, Clevite bearings, 370cc injectors, Vortech S-FMU, Apexi N-1 catback exhaust, AFX UDP, Autometer boost gauge, fuel pressure gauge, EGT gauge, Corbin's digital A/F gauge, Tokico Blue shocks, Tein springs (1.5" drop), 18" Konig Verdicts rims, VIS stock-style Carbon fiber hood

maybe no exhaust for xmas.. but do what i do.. im 18 and make shit for money... just figure out how much extra cash you have a month and save til you can afford it. i figured i can get my turbo kit in 6 months or less if i save 325 a month plus my income tax check...
as for mods, you could get a cheap exhaust bent a a muffler shop, and since it wont be mandrel, make it bigger to compensate.
you could maybe get some better injectors, who knows.
