I've been checking out ebay recently and noticed alot of people selling like electronic fan type things you put in between filter and intake piping...basically claiming they are like turbos and they put out almost the same kind of numbers...that guy is making alot of money I seen one of the auctions for a eclipse close at like $100 something...

There is the url if you haven't seen them before...I totally doubt they do anything...I think they may make a different kind of sound...but I was just seeing if anyone has seen these before...

Yes, this is bad. It's a $20 blower for a boat's bilge container and after a little while the blades will break off and go in the engine.

any of those quick bolt on hps suck a$$. guaranteed 20 hp is a joke. ebay is full of em. don't waste any money on that stuff. real hp comes from real parts.
