i am going to rebuild my head again and this time i want oversized valves, does anyone know the best ones to use, and can i use my crane springs and retainers or should i get a diffrent brand?
Please please i need to know the easest way to raise my rev limiter..........

Oversized valves will flow more. They won't do anything for valvetrain speed, but they will give you more power. Also, if I'm not mistaken, stainless valves are stronger then regular carbon steel and they'll take more heat/abuse. 1mm oversize stainless valves are availiable from several places including Howell and Blackdog. Aaron is upgrading to 2mm oversize valves, but I'm not sure where he got them. Maybe he had them custom made? You'll probably want to talk to him about that.

As far as valvetrain speed, I'm not sure how much more you could do to up the limit. The Crane springs and retainers already get you there - keep them. If you haven't upgraded to PT lifters - get some. You may also want to get a set of Blackdog rockers, or at the very least PT rockers. The PT rockers are stronger and the PT lifters hold better. The Blackdog rockers are actually just modified PT rockers - modified to lube the cam much better and they'll also keep the lifters juiced better. Here check it out.
