Does anyone know where/how to buy just the bolts? I tried calling AEM, but the phone line has been busy all day.

When you get in touch with AEM (usually very easy and never busy) they will tell you to contact their nearest authorized dealer to order them. But you can call their tech support to get the exact size bolts you need so you can go get it at a hardware store. However, they said the bolts need to be heat-treated somehow to withstand the extreme heat. To be safe, I would just order AEM bolts.
