#37121, "new car to me"

Hi guys i have been watching this forum for about 3 weeks and have decided to post something. I recently purchased a 98 Eclipse with a 2.0 and I'm very happy with the car. I have two questions When I shift the front end seem to come up alot is there something I can do to fix this and also is there a link out there for a shift kit. thanks

What exactly do you mean by the front coming up? You mean the front of the car? The only way to reduce the movement of the car when you shift is to upgrade your suspension via spring/shock combo. Here is the link for the shift kit http://www.machv.com/symshifkit1.html

Welcome to the board by the way emoji

Don't forget motor mount inserts. When I was NA, it's the one mod that made a night and day difference.

don't buy that symborski kit. goto the hardware store and buy some thick washers and use them instead. your center peice that they had "specially machined" shouldn't be that loose. if it is than it's about to break and that special peice won't help you anyways. btw i've gone through 2 of those peices where the shaft pivots.
