If I get the howell ecu what could I rev too without woring about damage to the engine? If I do new lifter, lashers, springs and retainers could I rev higher? Anything else other then an all out rebuild? I am not very familiar with head internals so help me out I am trying to figure out if trying to build up my top end is worth it.

well your 95 so there is no howell ECU for you and prob wont, but if you upgraded the parts you listed you could rev all the way up the the rev limit what?8100 rpms
YOu could probably do that on a stock head too though but to be on the same side I would upgrade but your still a 95

your we're better off not worrying about the ECU. our best bet would be to build the bottom end with high compression pistons than turbo that with low boost. should make healthy power and you'll be as fast as the rest of these guys running 20psi
