What is the reading on your TPS when you are at WOT? I know its not supposed to be reading 100%, but im only getting like 87% at best. Is that ok? Let me know. TIA

Turn your key to the ON position, but do NOT start the car. This will give power to everything electrical in your car. Then hold the gas pedal to the floor and watch the AFC. The TPS reading will slowly rise to 100%. This is sort of calibrating the AFC.

YOu need to do the calibration like he said, as far as why its not 100% now is that our TPS is at WOT at like 3.8-4.5 volts dc while most the other cars they made the Safc for are higher than that

i don't have the s-afc but most cars like hondas and most other cars read 5.0 volts and above, i bought and older zex kit for my 95 and i can't use it like it was meant to be used because i don't reach 5.0 volts at WOT. I had to use a thottle activated switch instead of the built in Zex kit signal activated switch so my point is that the s-afc
could not possibly read 100% unless it learned that our cars are like 4.7 max at WOT

Mine normally reads about 95% at WOT, sometimes 100% though.
