Hey guys, Monday night I got Dremel happy and we pulled off my throttle body. After a VERY good cleaning, we ported it out. I never actually touched the section where the butterfly is, but I got rid of the way that the TB narrows before it gets there... now from the intake, it's a straight diameter to the butterfly. I also got my polish wheel and polished out everything I ported. My idle was a bit odd at first, but I tightened up my throttle cable, and after two days, it's idling basically normal. My car doesn't stumble anymore if I'm in a higher gear and go WOT, and It's picked it up quite a bit. My midrange pull is better, and I can launch at a bit lower RPM without my Motor Bogging. This is a very nice mod.

yeah, I'm also thinking about porting out and polishing my exhaust and intake manifolds. What kind of gains can I expect with these mods, and how difficult are they to remove/put back on?
