ive had the eclipse transmission grimlin since i got the car a few months ago pretty much and my options are $2k on a rebuild from SATAN, $850 on a junkyard trans with a 60 day garuntee... but if i can get stronger internals for under/arround a grand for the trans i have and never have to worry about pulling it or rebuilding it ever agin that would be the best way to go in my oppinions.. but the problem is.. who, if anyone sells this stuff and where could i get it, and how much would it run me?

2k for a rebuild?!?! you can buy a brand new tranny for that! shop around... Mr.Transmission around here charges like 500 bucks for a rebuild and that was on an AWD car.
