#36864, "HP Racing Header Question?"

I am trying to install these and i noticed that there is a air tube that runs to our flex pipe on the stock exhaust. On the HP Header, there is an insert for this air tube but it is coming right off the exhaust. For those who installed these, how did you go about installing the air tube? I am assuming that if i place the rubber on the hole and clamp it the heat will almost instantly melt it. Am I suppose to weld a pipe from that piece to the check valve? Any help is appreciated....thanks.

Jerrome

There is an open recall on the '95s to remove the PSAI. Go to a dealership and have that taken care of. Then just get a plumbing cap to plug the spot on the header.

Dude, Boeing called. They want their wing back.

What am I supposed to do with all the wiring and tubing left hanging? When i disconnect them i get a CEL. Am I supposed to just leave it there hanging?

I don't have a 95 but I think with the recall the dealership removes everything and then flashes your ecu to update it. I THINK that if you do it yourself that you are sopposed to leave it plugged in.
