After putting on the exhaust the check engine light is on. I checked the error code and got 21 TWICE. The rear O2 sensor is screwed in and connected. Should I take it out and tie it up under the car and plug the hole???

....i wouldn't recommend it. It'll very likely do bad things to your emissions as well as performance. I'd get under it with a voltmeter if at all possible and carefully test the voltages it's outputting to see if it's within spec.. if not, replace it.

You could also just reset the computer. it might go away then.

i don't have an exhaust on mine yet but i have a theory. your sensor is bad and you didn't know before cause you know have a better flowing exhaust. sounds logical. those rear sensors are like 150 bucks so hope you don't need it it's a waste of cash to me
