Do I need to gap the brk7e11 spark plugs, and if so what do I need to gap them to?

Just got my turbo in last week, and decided to get the new spark plugs.. I ordered them, should be in tomorrow ( thursday ).

they should be gapped at .035 out of the box, but i'd try a .032 or .030.
