Ok guys, somehow ive managed to put a rod through my motor. I mean literally too. If you were me, what engine would you put back in the car? Same motor? Ive heard rumors of a 2.2L Stroker motor made by Howell Auto. ? Is it at all possible to put Gst engine? Please give me advice.

just get a used block and rebuild it. or buy direct from howell the 2.0 or 2.2 swap and you should be good to go. putting the 4g63 motor in is a waste of money/time etc etc etc etc ..unless you got the time, money etc etc etc.. simple.. just keep your motor.. cool

You have a few choices. The gst would be way to much of a hassle (check things weve seen before.) then you have the 2.2stroker from howell and the 2.4 block from the stratus or breeze or dodge caravan. Jus search around here and I'm sure you'll find info for all of em.

if you go to thepartstrader.com they have a company with built blocks for about 1050. and they have a sale on rods and pistons.
