Has anyone successfully done the 2.4L block with our 2.0L head and drove the car??? (getting to the point sorry) emoji Our 2.0 head will bolt right on a 2.4L block correct??

1 person is almost complete needs 1 more bracket and put his tranny back together and hes good to roll(the1bill) im ordering my internals this week and sending it to the machinist

2.0 head willl bolt to 2.4 block with the 2.4 corner bolts

your forgeting the a/c and p/s brackets, the cam angle sensor turn, the lower radiator hose bracket the tensioner setup u have to modify the oil pan and some toehre stuff i know im forgeting

our heads are the same casting as the neons just reverse flow so its ben done and the 2.4's are in the low 9's 9.07 to be exact

If your talking about the 2.4L 4g64, here's a link about someone doing a similiar coversion with a 1 g head http://www.azgarage.com/dsmsw/4g64 .

I'm planning to do the same thing this winter, for my 98 spyder. If anyone has anymore info on it, could you share it with me?

greg hit me up on aim mischeifmaker33 or msn cassa_33@hotmail.com and we can discuss the swap to somone that is ingenuitive and has the tools to cut some steel flat brackets the swap is pretty simple if u have a cherry picker and the rest of the needed tools...
