i am having a hell of a time getting my rear drums off anyone have any tips besides beating the crap out of them?

you shouldnt have to beat the crap out of them, but if you do, use Rusty or some type of anti-rust lubricant and a rubber hammer.... (Let the anti-rust stuff sit for about 20 minutes first)

did you remember to disengage your parking brake? Thread a bolt into the drum it'll pop right off.
