#35036, "new engine or rebuild"

my 96 rs has about 125,000 miles on it and im in the military so they are pretty much all from driving home and different duty stations but there is white smoke coming from the exhaust but the smoke doesnt bad until about 10 minutes after warming up. The coolant is always fine so i know it is oil which im using about a quart every week and a half and last time i changed the plugs and wires there was oil almost all the way up to the top of the plug wire in cyl. #4. I would get rid of it if i didnt have such a good relationship with it. I want to put new oversized pistons and rings in it. How costly is this job gonna be and while i have the engine torn apart is there anything else i should replace? Also where is a good place online to get new parts at a cheaper price?

It depends on what you want to do with the car. Do you want to turbo it? Do you care about performance? Are you going to keep the car for a long time or sell it soon?
