I feel everyone could use to upgrade to PT Cruiser valvetrain (lifter & rockers)
If you are going with high lift cams, the upgrade to performance valvesprings may be needed, depends on the grind of cam. Titanium retainers help reduce weight an are stronger, weight reduction of rotational mass is always good.
And on a side note I love my cams 
So the Howell kit has a nice group of parts, But I would hold off a bit on it if you can. Crane is working on titanium retainer for us, with a rough estimated release dat eof the end of the year. The install heights are different for valve springs between us an dthe Neon so they are designing different retainers for us. So if you're goping to get the kit might as well hold off for the retainers. Hmm that reminds me... need to have another conversation with Crower.
