Well I flushed my cooling system out, filled it with some Premium Prestone stuff(supposed to last 5 years...it's orange) IMPORTANT: Do not mix the orange coolant with the green one unless you flush it out, failure to do so will cause your radiator to rust. And added a product called Below 40...couldn't find Water Wetter. Anyhow, I wired both fans to come on at the same time..cool. My car hasn't overheated yet and it's been boutta 100 here in the hi-desert. One thing puzzles me...In my fuse box I don't have a relay for the HI speed engine fan, but others do...I got jipped.

Why were/are you overheating in the first place? is it becuase of where you live? because i'm overheating (kinda) and i went throught the rust stage with my radiator. damn lube place put orange in with my green my radiator was rust soup. i had to flush the system as to save my waterpump and everything that goes with it. but i'm beginning to realize that the headgasket is causing my temp guage to be unstable, because the pump is fine and the anti freeze is a pure green at 50/50. i dunno... i have 2 months lef ton my lease to decide if i want to keep and keep fixing or give it back. I don't want to though i love my car.

On a side note:

put a hose clamp on the hose that goes from the top of your coolant reserve to the bottom of the tank. When I bought mine, I didn't even realize I had that hose till the tank overflowed so many times that my entire coolant system was air. I found the hose at the bottom of the tank, clamped it, flushed it(also used the Zetex super coolant flush and It removed alot of crap that was in the system), and I've been running about 3/8 of the way up ever since, with no problems.
