When I installed mine I ended up screwing up the the o2 sensor...I used penetrating oil with no luck and then tried heating up the pipe around it. Ended up having to go get a new sensor and I only had 38K miles on my car. The manifold bolts were cake. Not sure about the torque either.....

i did it yesterday as tips i'd say get pb blaster that thing eats rust, engine cleaner, hand soap, all new gaskets, (i don't care what other people said everytime i change something new gasket goes in, your choice), the bolts i think are 35 ft.lbs. but i'm not sure and your stock exhaust doesn't come in one piece or i couldn't so all bolts out the one at the downpipe 1st be carefull with the bolts that connect to the cat you don't want to strip them also new gasket(5.50 carquest)
hope this will be of some help
btw if you're like me not a mechanic it takes a couple of hours and 4 beers
drop me a aim if you have any ?s it's all fresh on my head karim1177@hotmail.com
