hey guys i finally tested the injectors how i was told by a member and i saw they work.

Well my question now is how to i replace them. Does anyone here by any chanse have the steps on how to remove old ones and install new ones. I see the fuel rail down there but it looks like i have to take a lot of things out to get where i need to be. Can someone walk me trough this or give some tips on what to do.

u gotta unplug two conectors on the throttle body, about 4 or 5 things from the upper plenum of the intake manifold..

jack her up, the higher the better, and get sum extensions... i beleive they are 10mm, but there are 4 or 5 bolts that hold the upper plenum to the lower plenum...

yank that, and then the fuel rail will be chillen...

do a lil searchin, or wait for more thorough answers...

You can also get those 5 bolts from the top if you are anywhere near skinny. There are also 2 12 or 13mm bolts that hold the rail on from the backside. And if you want to take the rail all the way out then take off the two 8mm bolts that hold on the fuel feed line ion the driver's side.

so my guess from reading this is that i have to take out the trothle body and intake manifold correct????

You don't even have to take it out. Once you take out the 5 bolts on the under side of the upper plenum then you can just pull it up enough so that you can pull the rail. You can leave the TB on and everything connected if you want.

Ok when you look at the intake manifold you can see that it's 2 pieces. It splits horizontally and there is a gasket joining the upper and lower intake plenum. The lower plenum is what connects to the head and holds the injectors. The upper plenum is the round part w/ the throttle body on the end. When you get under the car and look up you'll see 5 10mm bolts holding the upper plenum to the lower plenum. Remove those and pull the upper plenum out of the way so you can get the rail out. Be careful moving it out of the way if you leave everything attached. i.e. vacuum hoses, tb, sensor connectors.
